Natalie Treece
President
-
Natalie is a native of Paducah, Kentucky and is a proud Paducah Tilghman graduate. She earned her bachelor’s degree in history from
Union University, and her doctor of juris prudence from Southern Illinois University School of Law in Carbondale. She is the Sales and Training Manager at Sam’s Club, and is active in the community thru this role. Natalie has been a member of PPW for four years having most recently served on both the Power of Purse committee and co-chair of the Christmas committee.
In addition to PPW, Natalie is a chamber connector, a member of healthy Paducah, on the advisory board of the Salvation Army, a United Way Reading Pal, and a member of First Baptist Church of Paducah.
In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with a good cup of coffee. She is a very proud aunt to her niece and two nephews.
Natalie is very honored to be President of PPW, and thankful for this group and opportunities it provides for everyone involved.
Lindsey Eberhardt

Lindsey Eberhardt is a dedicated leader in both her career and her community, known for blending professionalism with heart. As Director of Sales & Marketing at Courtyard by Marriott, she has guided teams through growth, change, and challenge, while mentoring others to lead with confidence and purpose. Named one of Paducah’s “40 Under 40,” Lindsey is committed to using her voice and influence to uplift others, believing deeply in the power of women’s leadership, using your voice (even if it shakes) and the importance of advocating for families and children.
Beyond her career, Lindsey invests her time and energy in service to the community. She serves on the Board of Paducah Hospitality, the Paducah Chamber’s Business Advocacy and Members and Marketing Committees, the BLOOM Initiative Board (supporting local arts and creative expression) and the Lone Oak Elementary PTO Board. Her passion for advocacy extends to standing against domestic violence and ensuring children’s best interests are always protected. At the heart of her accomplishments are her three daughters—Olivia, Everly, and Agatha—who inspire her to model resilience, compassion, and courage. She is also a proud cat mom to Pumpkin and Esther, who add their own charm to her busy household. Lindsey describes herself as a fall enthusiast with a soft spot for Halloween, a lover of early 2000s R&B and the timeless voice of Stevie Nicks, happiest with her feet in the sand or exploring local food trucks.. and above all, a mom who delights in making magic for her girls.

Brittany Kollenberg
Treasurer

Brittany Kollenberg serves as the Treasurer of the Paducah Professional Women organization. She works as an Event Planner with Bluegrass Event Planning & Rentals and is the Operations Manager at The Commonwealth Event Center, where she helps bring various events to life through creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
Originally from Lebanon, Tennessee, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Murray State University. Her background in communications, combined with her experience in event management, has shaped her ability to connect with people, manage logistics seamlessly, and create polished, meaningful experiences.
Beyond her professional roles, Brittany is committed to personal growth and empowering others. She enjoys building community connections, supporting women in leadership, and continually finding ways to refine her skills both personally and professionally. She is an active member in the Charity League of Paducah where she serves as the treasurer.
In her free time, Brittany loves spending time with her husband, Teddy, and their daughter, Violet. She enjoys playing pickleball, and reading.
Terri Buri
Secretary

Terri’s passions include wellness and longevity. Hospitality has always been one of her prominent gifts. She is serving as PPW’s Secretary for the second time.
Originally from Maryland, she began working for the federal government after graduating 9th of 500+ from high school. After ten years with the government as an administrative professional, five of those as a military wife, they started moving.
Early in her 20’s, in addition to her 9-to-5, Terri was a volunteer business secretary for a church and church class department chair. The 80’s were full of three births as well as becoming a coordinator for Women’s Ministry at her church in Louisiana. After her children began playing sports, she held positions in several Booster Parent organizations and was the newsletter coordinator for several of the teams from mid 1990’s-mid 2000s, She was also the secretary and leader in military wife organizations. Terri helped establish the first AWANA club in Western Kentucky and was an AWANA Commander with her husband from 1998-2002. She helped establish the original Clothes Closet at Hope Unlimited and was also a committee member at the Paducah Chamber of Commerce in the early 2000’s.
Terri founded Paducah Coffee Connection in 2015, which celebrated its tenth year in 2025. She’s been a PPW Member since 2010 and was as a Founding member and first Secretary of PPW from 2017-2019. Terri was also a Founding Member of the Power of the Purse.
Since 2020, Terri has been blending all of her passions into Optimal Solutions for Biz & Body. She feels like it is a privilege to guide her clients into the best and natural options for a healthy lifestyle that lead to their best longevity.
Terri is blessed to have three children and 13 grandchildren, half of which live in Florida. In her free time, Terri loves sailing, cooking, watercolor lettering, event planning, and being the ‘birthday planner mom’ for 40+ years!
2025 – 2026 Committees
MEMBERSHIP
DUTIES: The membership committee shall promote, expand, stabilize, and orient the membership; maintain a current list of member names and contact information; reach out to members who have been absent; or have experienced a loss or medical issue. Membership coordinates greeting new and prospective members at all corporation functions including monthly meetings and special events. The membership committee’s mission is to know who members are, and encourage participation, communication and recruitment.

SOCIAL MEDIA
DUTIES: The social media committee shall positively represent corporation at all functions, including monthly meeting and special events; prepare press releases for the corporation special events and member recognition; maintain the club Paducah Professional Women business Facebook page, Instagram and website, assist the membership committee in recruiting new members; also listing corporation events on the Chamber Calendar, VUE and other outlets.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
DUTIES: The professional development committee shall encourage personal development within the membership, including organizing and coordinating the personal development program. A minimum of two programs will be offered annually. In addition, the professional development committee shall be in charge of communicating to the members’ opportunities such as corporation Leadercast Table, and other community development events that members may find useful.

AWARDS & SCHOLARSHIPS
DUTIES: The scholarship committee shall encourage members of corporations to apply for monies to be used for seminars, conferences, professional development, certification, and tuition assistance; screen applications on an annual or as needed basis; and award monies for such needs.

BYLAWS
DUTIES: The advisory/bylaws committee shall provide council and suggestions to the current executive committee; shall receive proposed amendments to the bylaws and prepare them for presentation to the membership; review the local organization’s bylaws annually; and suggest areas needing revision.

DUTIES: The Christmas Charity committee shall plan, organize, and execute the annual event.
